Sarah and Ros go the extra mile to look after their guests by personally managing their own appointments- this means you have direct contact with your stylist. Being a small team it is essential to re-book your appointment to reserve your future place.

Ros specialises in beautiful blonding techniques and is passionate about keeping up with all the latest trends.

Sarah is all about cutting and has a real skill for cutting shorter length hair using razor techniques. She is also one of few hairdressers who can perfectly wind a perm!

The opening of Acutabove hair salon, Axbridge in 2007 was the personal ambition for owner Sarah Boundy who, with more than 30 years running her own salon was looking for a new venture after moving from Cornwall. Being such an active community holding numerous events throughout the year Axbridge turned out to be the perfect place to be part of and grow a new business. Sarah quickly established Acutabove as one of the top hair salon's in the area. Ten years on and the salon has undergone refurbishment, its unique design focuses on relaxation and luxury that compromises the nostalgia of the old building. As an Aveda salon the whole business revolves around caring for the world we live in - recycling everything from the cardboard boxes the deliveries arrive in to the empty tubes of colour. Even the micro fibre towels used in the salon have been especially chosen to eliminate the use of a tumble dryer.
